The Sport Complex is a modern multifunctional complex, built and equipped with the Olimpic standarts and meeting the requirements of the international sports federations on the different sports. The Sport Complex was awarded "Building of the Year" award for 2012 years.

It is located 25 km south of Varna, in close proximity to the unique nature reserve and the vast and clean beaches on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, amidst the silence and tranquility of the ancient forest. It is the most modern sport base on the territory of Bulgaria.
The indoor swimming pool has an Olympic size of 50/21 m, 8 lines with starting blocks/40 cm/, minimum depth 2.45 m and maximum 5.15 m. The unit is air-conditioned and has a ventilation system and air dehumidification system.
